Privacy Policy

Fall Shot does not require registration and has no user accounts. We do not directly collect, store, transmit, or sell any personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, etc.) from players.

The game does not include chat, social features, or any form submission that would send your data to us.

Fall Shot is free to play and supported entirely by ads served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may process limited technical data on its own behalf, such as your advertising ID, IP address, general device information, and approximate location derived from IP — independently of anything we collect.

This processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours:

Where required (EU/EEA, UK, and other applicable regions), a consent prompt is shown before personalized ads are served, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You may also manage or reset your advertising identifier and ad personalization anytime in your device's Settings → Ads, or via Google Ad Settings.

Fall Shot requests the following device permissions:

• Storage — used only to save your game progress locally on your device (e.g. high scores, settings). This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us, and is not linked to any account.
• Internet — required so Google AdMob can request and display ads.

Uninstalling the app permanently removes this locally stored save data.

Fall Shot has no in‑app purchases, subscriptions, or any payment functionality. No payment or billing information is collected, processed, or stored by us at any point.

Fall Shot is rated for general audiences (Everyone) on Google Play. It contains no violence against realistic characters, gore, sexual content, profanity, gambling, or other content unsuitable for a broad, worldwide audience.

Fall Shot is a general-audience app and is not directed specifically at children, and is not part of Google Play's "Designed for Families" program. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country under COPPA, GDPR‑K, or similar laws).

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will address it promptly. Note that our own app collects nothing directly — any such concern would relate to data processed independently by Google AdMob.

Because Fall Shot is available worldwide, we aim to respect privacy rights across jurisdictions, including:

• EU/EEA & UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability, for any data processed by third parties like AdMob acting on your device.
• California, USA (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — manageable via Google Ad Settings.
• Brazil (LGPD): equivalent rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability.
• Canada (PIPEDA): right to access and challenge the accuracy of personal information held about you.
• Other regions: we apply the same privacy-by-default approach — collecting nothing ourselves — regardless of local law.

Since we hold no personal data ourselves, most requests are best directed to Google for AdMob-related data via Google Ad Settings or Google Account privacy controls. You're also welcome to contact us directly with any question.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the game or in applicable law. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision. We encourage checking back periodically.
