Jawara Joy Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Froggy Leap (the "Game"), available globally on Google Play and other app distribution platforms. This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved when you play the Game, how it is handled, and your rights regarding it.
We built Froggy Leap to be a light, family-friendly lily-pad hopping game. The Game itself does not require an account, does not collect personal information from you, and contains no in-app purchases — it is supported solely by third-party advertising. Please read below for full details, including information about the advertising service we use.
Froggy Leap does not ask you to register, sign in, or submit any personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or photos) to play. We do not operate any backend server that stores player-identifiable data, and there is no in-game chat, user-generated content upload, or social login.
Standard, non-identifying technical data (such as game progress and high scores saved locally on your device, or crash logs generated by the operating system) may exist purely on your device and is not transmitted to us. The only outside data flow in the Game comes from the advertising SDK described in the next section.
Froggy Leap is a free game monetized exclusively through in-app advertisements served by Google AdMob. We do not use any analytics, crash-reporting, or social SDKs beyond the ad network required to display ads.

Froggy Leap is rated for a general audience and is not directed primarily at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country, e.g. 16 in parts of the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, and the Game contains no chat, no user-generated content sharing, and no purchase mechanism through which a child could disclose personal information.
Because the Game is generally rated, ads may be served under Google AdMob's standard settings. If we ever become aware that personal data has been inadvertently collected from a child in violation of applicable law (such as COPPA in the United States), we will take steps to delete it promptly. Because Froggy Leap is distributed globally, we aim to honor privacy rights recognized under major regional frameworks, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA, Brazil's LGPD, Canada's PIPEDA, and Australia's Privacy Act. Since we do not directly collect or store personal data, most requests will concern the advertising identifiers processed by Google. You can exercise device-level controls as described in Section 3, or contact Google directly regarding data it processes. California residents: We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
Although we do not collect personal data directly, we still take reasonable measures — including relying on the security standards of the Google Play platform and the AdMob SDK — to help ensure that any technical data processed in connection with the Game is handled safely. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data processed by third-party services.
Froggy Leap is available to players worldwide. If you access the Game from outside Indonesia, be aware that any data processed by our advertising partner (Google) may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where Google or its partners maintain facilities, under Google's own safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).
We do not retain personal data because we do not collect it. Any local game-progress data is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its app data. Data retention for information processed by Google AdMob is governed by Google's own retention practices, as described in the Google Privacy Policy linked in Section 3.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Game, our advertising practices, or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, we will provide additional notice (such as an in-app notice or an updated Play Store listing).
